As a Trustee, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting SHiFT’s mission, ensuring strong leadership, good governance and long‑term sustainability.

CROYDON LEAD GUIDE
We’re recruiting for a tenacious and ambitious Lead Guide (Social Work Qualification Required).

FREELANCE RESEARCHER
Are you a researcher passionate about generating evidence that improves support for children and young people? SHiFT is comissioning an independent researcher to lead a rigorous mixed-methods longitudinal assessment of the medium-term outcomes (6–12 months post-programme) for children and young people who have completed SHiFT’s 18-month Programme.
