Josh is the Executive Chair of Foundations. He led the English Care Review in 2022, and founded and was formerly Chief Executive of Frontline, which has been responsible for bringing 1,400 people into social work, and which works with over half of all Children’s Services departments in England. His work has been acknowledged through numerous accolades including Charity Chief Executive of the Year 2018.
