Professor Stephen Morris is a member of SHiFT's Research & Evaluation Committee. He is Professor of Evaluation at the Policy Evaluation and Research Unit, Department of Sociology, Manchester Metropolitan University. Stephen has been conducting quantitative impact evaluations for more than 20 years, in areas including children and youth services, education, welfare reform and crime and justice.
